Hospitality Development

We are experienced in the development of 4 and 5-star hotels. In June 2014, we opened Anjum Hotel – Makkah, a 5-star, 120,000m2, 1,800-room property. We are currently developing Phases 2 and 3 of the project which will create an additional 5,900 rooms over 500,000 m2. Also in the pipeline is the 280.000m2  Maghrabi Hotel with 3,800 rooms – currently in design.

Residential Development

We offer proven expertise in the construction of serviced apartments, apartment complexes and luxury villas. Design is currently in progress for the Kaaki Development – 600,000m2 serviced apartments offering 10,500 rooms.

Retail/ Office Development

We build office areas as part of large, multi-purpose developments.

Light Industrial Development

We are specialists in food processing plants and cold storage, mainly for date production. In the pipeline is a 14.400m2 processing plant in Qassim, KSA, with cold storage facility of 12,800 tons.

Date Plantations Development

We plant, maintain and operate date plantations. We have a team of plantation development specialists maintaining the palm trees at our Medina plantation and our Qassim plantation.

Our Anjum Hotels operation is supported by a core Facility Management team which will operate all ongoing YALJ developments.

We employ professionals to operate our food processing plants and cold storage facilities.

Agricultural engineering

We specialize in date palm plantations, with each one of our agricultural engineers playing a key role in the development of each particular project.

 

In the pipeline

Still in the early stages of development, three accommodation projects that will lead to the creation of superbly-designed, expertly-constructed villas and a hotel.

Basateen – Jeddah and Al Murjan #2

Two developments each of approx. 40-50 high quality villas of various sizes, including 400m², 600m² and 800m². Design will begin by the end of 2014.
