Located on Al Mansour Street approximately 2.0km from Al-Masjid Al-Haram, the Maghrabi Hotel Development has a land area of 20,000m² and will provide 3,800 rooms.

The complex will also feature cafes, food courts and retail outlets, a roof top garden, a bus station and underground parking.

Construction on the Maghrabi Hotel will be in three phases and is scheduled to commence in 2016.
