Managing Director (Construction)

ROLE:

LEAD & MANAGE multiple projects, which are at various phases of construction life cycle leading to execution
OVERSEE all functions including procurement & contract management
FOCUS on safety, quality and cost rationalization
ENSURE compliance and liaison with the local authorities
COMMUNICATE with Chairman on all aspects of the projects, like the plan, contracts, financial and technical details

COMPETENCIES:

Leading the team, negotiation and communication skills.
Engineering qualifications with at least 25-30 years of Construction experience
Exposure to the construction of hotels and/or high rise buildings.
Knowledge of Arabic language, ability to work in Makkah and experience in the Middle East is desirable.
