Located 2.7 km from the Grand Mosque in Makkah, the Kaaki site has a land area of 155,000m².

We’re constructing a large-scale complex consisting of multi-story, multi-family residential units with 10,500 rooms.

The complex will also offer retail and dining outlets with a food court overlooking a souk-style mall, plus community facilities including a clinic, mosque, prayer rooms, a wedding hall, gardens and parking for residents.

Construction at the Kaaki site is scheduled to commence in 2016.
